Hands on. Human-centered.Designed for impact.
At Women Applying AI, we don’t just talk about AI—we apply it. Our programs are built to meet women where they are in their AI journey and help them grow through hands-on experience, peer support, and real-world problem-solving.

The WAAI AI Confidence Index
The Annual Benchmark for Women's Learning, Application, and Leadership in AIWAAI is launching its first annual research benchmark: a measure of how women are learning, applying, and leading with AI, backed by original research and a university partnership. Led by Dr. Patti Fletcher, the Index will publish its inaugural report and honor the AI Confidence Top 50 at a flagship event in April/May 2027.
