We’re so glad you’re here. Together, we’re building a global community where women learn, connect, and lead with AI. These guidelines are here to help us create a space that feels safe, supportive, and inspiring for everyone.

1. Our Community Ethos

Give-Get: Everyone contributes something—whether it’s a question, a resource, or a story of how you’re applying AI.

Learn by Doing: We focus on applied learning. Share what you try, even if it’s messy or unfinished.

Belonging First: We welcome all industries, roles, and skill levels. Everyone’s voice matters.

Respect Boundaries: Keep any pitching or self-promotion to the dedicated channels. If you’d like to explore partnerships, use our dedicated process.

Stay Constructive: Disagree with ideas, not people. Keep debate respectful and evidence-based.

Protect Privacy: What’s shared in this community stays here unless you have permission to share it outside.
